Types of Product Licenses
- A Single-user License allows the program to be installed and used on one CPU which is not accessed by other users over a network (e.g., a stand-alone home computer). This is the most common type of license. You would purchase a Single-user License if you have a single computer, the software will only be used on this single computer, and other users will not be able to access or run the software while connected to your computer.
- Use a Site License if several people will need access to the program at a single location (e.g., multiple systems at an office). If you have multiple computers at a single physical location and if several users need to run the software on their computers or workstations, then you can save money by purchasing a Site License for the number of users' systems which will use the software.
- Our Global License allows many users in the same organization to use the software in multiple locations (e.g., a corporation with multiple offices). Though essentially the same as a Site License, a Global License can often be more economical than purchasing a separate Site License for each remote facility operated by a company or division.
- If you are evaluating a Trial version, there is a limitation on the amount of use you may make of the software before deciding whether or not to purchase a full license.
